جامبو وکس چیست

جامبو وکس در واقع گزینه مناسبی برای بارگیری سیالات داغ که درجه ذوب ودمای بارگیری مشابه وکس، پارافین و انواع اکسترکت ها را دارند تولید شده و در طراحی آنها از پارچه پلی پروپیلن برای بدنه کیسه و نایلون وکس برای درون آن استفاده میشود .

نایلون وکس درواقع نایلونی است که نقطه ذوب در آن زیر 200 درجه و دمای بارگیری (80_ 110) درجه می باشد

این محصول نیز باتوجه به نیاز پالایشگاه ها برای بسته بندی انواع وکس پارافین و اکسترکت و… تولید گردید است

درحال حاضر این شرکت تامین کننده بیش از 80% انواع بیتوبگ و جامبووکس پالایشگاه ها و صادرکنندگان مطرح و عمده کشور می باشد، که با ظرفیت تولید بیش از 100 تخته بیتوبگ در هرشیفت کاری به بازارهای مصرف کشورهای همسایه مانند عراق ،هند و …. وارد شده است.

ابعاد پلی بگ و دمای ذوب نایلون متناسب با شرایط بارگیری قابل طراحی می باشد

مشخصات فنی جامبو وکس چیست

پلی بگ ها در ابعاد استاندارد  95*95*120 سانتی متر برای 1 تن و ابعاد  95*95*150 برای 1.5 تن تولید میشوند
